Short version: Gettz does not require an account. We collect very little information about you. If you opt into our newsletter, we only use your email to send you Gettz updates. We do not sell your data.

This Privacy Policy describes how Gettz ("we", "us" or "our"), operator of the website at gettz.fun, collects, uses and shares information about visitors and users of the Service.

Newsletter email address. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you submit.
Support correspondence. If you contact us at support@gettz.fun we collect your email address and the content of your message.

Information We Collect Automatically

Usage data. Our servers may log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL and pages visited.
Cookies and local storage. We use cookies and browser local storage to remember your preferences (such as age-gate confirmation, cookie consent, and theme settings). See the "Cookies" section below for details.

Information From Third-Party Game Providers

Games on Gettz are embedded from third-party providers via the SlotsLaunch network in an iframe. The third-party game and its hosting provider may set their own cookies and collect technical information when you play. We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties — please consult their respective privacy policies.

We retain newsletter email addresses until you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically retained for a short rolling window for security and debugging. We retain other information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and opt out of "sale" of personal information (we do not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA).

We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Gettz after a revision means you accept the revised Policy.
