Gettz is a free social casino. No real-money gambling, no purchases, and no prizes of monetary value are offered on this site. Games are for entertainment only. You must be 21 or older to use Gettz.

1. Agreement to Terms

2. Free-Play Social Casino — No Real Money

Gettz is a social-casino entertainment platform. All games on Gettz are free-to-play demonstrations provided by third-party game studios via the SlotsLaunch network. Specifically:

Gettz does not offer real-money wagering, gambling, betting or sports betting of any kind.
Any in-game coins, credits, chips or tokens are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, prizes, merchandise or any item of value, inside or outside the games.
No purchase is necessary to play. Gettz does not sell virtual currency or in-game items.

No account or registration is required to play. If you choose to subscribe to our optional email newsletter, you may submit your email address. 5. Third-Party Games & Content

Games on Gettz are embedded from third-party providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Light & Wonder, PG Soft, IGT and TaDa Gaming) via the SlotsLaunch distribution platform. We are not the operator or developer of these games. The third-party providers retain all intellectual property rights in their games. Game availability, behavior, content and graphics are controlled by the third-party providers and may change or be removed at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Gettz for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national or international law.
Attempt to obtain real money, prizes or anything of value from Gettz or the embedded games.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy or redistribute any part of the Service or the embedded games.
Attempt to bypass age verification, geographic restrictions or any other security measure.
Use bots, automated scripts, or any non-human means to interact with Gettz or the embedded games.
Use Gettz if you are under 21 or in a jurisdiction where social-casino play is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

The Gettz name, logo, design and original content are the property of Gettz and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Embedded game content is the property of the respective third-party providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GETTZ AND THE EMBEDDED GAMES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETTZ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Gettz and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of Gettz after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Gettz is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
